The International Center for Journalists has just released a free and interactive training module, both for journalists and amateurs, designed to introduce user to the basics of citizen journalism and blogs. The 10 steps cover the basics, providing a list of possible blog hosts, a few guidelines as to what to say and how to build reader loyalty, as well as some tips relating to safety issues and publishing rights.
